If you wish to place an order and have it delivered to an address in Switzerland, please visit our dedicated website "https://rosalycosmetics.ch/".

All our Rosaly products are shipped from Switzerland using a secure and tracked shipping method through La Poste. Shipping fees will be applied at the time of payment and will depend on the country you are in. However, you will be able to estimate the shipping costs when you view your cart. Please note that these costs do not include customs duties.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email and can expect to receive your order within a timeframe of 5 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and Rosaly is not responsible for any potential delivery delays that may be affected by natural events, strikes, delays from our providers, nor for any additional fees or return charges once the package has been shipped.

Please be aware that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly provide us with a valid physical address. Please note that Rosaly does not offer package forwarding, collection, or refunds for items sent to hotels or other temporary locations.

Also, please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to high order volumes.

Rosaly only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
